Upload
To make the transcription service easier, all you need to do is upload your digital file(s) to our website and it's as simple as that! We will then confirm receipt of the file(s) via email and agree a timescale with you. There are compatibility issues with Google Chrome and You Send It, and occasionally your firewall may prevent you from uploading. You will receive a confirmation email if the audio file has uploaded correctly. If you do not receive an email this means the file hasn't fully uploaded and you will need to send it again. If you have any problems, please let us know as we also use Drop Box and we can send you a link to that as an alternative way of uploading the audio files.
The digital audio files we accept for transcription are:
DSS, WAV, WMA, MP3, AIF, VOX, Olympus, Sony Recorder formats, and many others.

Please include the following information in the 'Enter Message' box:
1. Your name
2. Email Address
3. Telephone Number
4. Enter the date you would like the transcription to be completed by.
