
- Before undertaking any work we require full name, postal address, telephone numbers and email addresses for correspondence and invoicing. Please provide these when sending the audio file.
- Work can be delivered electronically or by post. Any postage costs will be invoiced to the client.
- The price will be confirmed via email prior to commencing work.
- The transcription cost does not include proof reading. This is available for an additional charge, agreed on request.
- All files will remain confidential and deleted from my computer upon completion of the work.
- Any errors will be rectified free or charge if notified within 5 working days.
- Payment can be made by BACS (preferred method) or cheque. It is also possible to pay via PayPal but this will incur a 2% increase to the price quoted.
- All prices are not subject to VAT.
- Payment of invoices is required within 5 working days.
- Interest will be charged at 3% per month on all unpaid invoices.
The digital audio files we accept are: DSS, WAV, WMA, MP3, AIF, VOX, Olympus, Sony Recorder formats, and many others.
